Truss & Twine is a cocktail bar that celebrates the history of drinks in America from the Golden Ages through today’s modern classics. It is the second Palm Springs concept from Workshop partners Michael Beckman and Joe Mourani. The space, by SOMA Architects is dark and dramatic with brutalist influences focusing on black concrete and a large cantilevered blackened steel canopy over the bar. Creative bar bites are inspired by the region’s farmers markets and are prepared before guests in a small open kitchen at the bar.
